- What types of services do you provide?
The goal of the Program is to provide a service that will enable adults with developmental delay to become full participating members in the life of the community. The Developmental Support Services Program has five primary components, Case Management, Advocacy, Practical Counselling Support and Crisis Management.
- Who do you serve?
We serve adults with developmental disability aged 18 and over
- How do we apply for service?
You must first contact Developmental Services Ontario. Upon contacting Developmental Services Ontario an Assessor/Navigator will complete an eligibility assessment and make the necessary referrals to our programs.

- How long do we receive service?
Our services through the Lanark County Developmental Support Services are on a voluntary basis. Individual need determines length of service.
- How frequently do I get service?
Frequency of service depends upon the needs of the client and hours available. Typically, clients most in need are prioritized.
- Do you transport clients?
Some assistance with travel to appointments is given where all other means of transport have been exhausted.

- Can I terminate services?
Yes, our services are provided on a voluntary basis and can be terminated by the individual at any time.
- What are your business hours and office location?
Our main office is located at 99 Christie Lake Road, Perth, ON, and we have satellite offices in Almonte, Carleton Place and Smiths Falls. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
