During the Canada Post strike, Lanark County has a plan in place to make sure that residents and businesses continue to receive cheques and other important information.
Social Services clients are to contact their Caseworker, Social Services reception at ss@lanarkcounty.ca or extension 2140, or visit a Social Services office in Perth, Carleton Place or Smiths Falls to arrange an alternative delivery method. Direct bank deposit is the preferred delivery method and can be set-up for all payments.
