Join us for a vibrant and flavour-forward evening celebrating the warmth, colour, and bold cuisine of Mexico at Stonefields Estate. Our Mexican Fiesta Dinner is a lively experience that brings together festive flavours, thoughtful details, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Your evening begins with cocktail hour at 5:30pm, where you’re invited to mingle and enjoy the festive energy of the space before taking your seat at 7:00pm for a celebratory four-course menu inspired by Mexican cuisine. Highlights include the chef’s famous guacamole with elotes and fried corn tostada, savoury corn empanadas with queso fresco, and hearty mains such as ancho chili–rubbed short rib with chimichurri or jalapeño-stuffed chicken with cotija crema and tomatillo salsa. Dessert offerings like churro cheesecake with dulce de leche or a chili-spiced flourless chocolate torte provide a rich and satisfying finish.

Adding to the atmosphere, Los Paisanos will perform live during cocktail hour, setting the tone with spirited music that complements the evening’s celebratory feel. Gathering Event Co. will provide thoughtfully styled centrepieces that tie into the theme.
