On August 8 and 9, 2026, beautiful downtown Almonte comes alive as the stage for a magnificent puppet festival, with 7 theatres, multiple puppet troupes, and up to 70 performances plus daily parades, incredible street entertainment, a full marketplace, and a kid’s area with amazing activities and a craft tent.

Admission to this festival is by day pass which allows festival goers to take in as many shows as they want, as well as participate in all the fun free stuff. Take your pick – day pass, weekend pass, family pass.
