The Ontario Festival of Small Halls is a live music event series that brings well-known and emerging artists to intimate venues across rural Eastern Ontario. It aims to celebrate local culture and community by hosting high-quality performances in historic small halls.
Lloyd Spiegel is a bluesman at his core, a guitarist by trade, a comedian by nature and a showman at heart. He blends powerful vocals and jaw-dropping guitar prowess with a knack for humour and storytelling to deliver a unique, captivating performance that crosses genres and generations.
OPENER: Bright Strings Community Fiddle Orchestra is an all-ages, from 8 to 88, amateur community fiddle orchestra. The Orchestra is sponsored by Blue Skies in the Community, the non-profit charitable arm of the Blue Skies Music Festival. The Orchestra was created and inspired in 2000 by Carolyn Stewart to foster fiddle traditions in the communities of Frontenac and Lanark Counties.
