Celebrate the arrival of the season with an evening inspired by fresh flavours, vibrant ingredients, and the beauty of spring at Stonefields Estate. Our Spring in Bloom Dinner is a joyful, chef-driven experience that highlights the best of the season in an elegant and welcoming setting.

Your evening begins with cocktail hour at 5:30pm, where you’re invited to mingle and enjoy the atmosphere before taking your seat at 7:00pm for a thoughtfully curated four-course spring-inspired menu. Highlights include asparagus and burrata with Meyer lemon and honey vinaigrette, house-made mushroom ravioli in truffle cream, and refined mains such as garlic and rosemary–crusted lamb rack with pomegranate glaze or pan-seared rainbow trout with champagne cream and spring pea risotto. Dessert options like a crème brûlée tart or rich chocolate pâté provide a perfect finish to the evening.

Providing the soundtrack for the night is Peter Voith, whose warm performance complements the relaxed elegance of the experience. Gathering Event Co. will provide thoughtfully styled centrepieces to enhance the springtime setting.
