The festival brings together residents and visitors from across the region to connect directly with the farmers, makers, and businesses that make Lanark County unique.

    We are proud to showcase locally grown produce, hand-crafted items, and high-quality food and beverage offerings that reflect the spirit of the harvest season. Vendor participation plays a vital role in creating a vibrant, engaging event experience, and we welcome applications from producers, artisans, food vendors, and local businesses that align with the festival’s values of quality, creativity, and community.

    Please complete the application form in full. Vendor space is limited, and applications may be reviewed to ensure a balanced and diverse mix of offerings. Successful applicants will be contacted with next steps and additional event details.

    Vendor Code of Ethics

    1) I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Harvest Festival.

    2) I will practice the highest standard of quality, service, and business.

    3) I will make my stand and products as attractive as possible.

    4) I will keep my products, stand and employees clean and presentable.

    5) I will offer my products at fair market price and will not take part in brokerage.

    6) I will refrain from distress pricing.

    7) I will work cooperatively with customers, other vendors and the organizing committee.

    8) I agree to fill out an event evaluation questionnaire.
