Public Meetings for Plan of Subdivisions and Condominiums

Due to the enactment of Bill 23, Lanark County has discontinued the practice of holding public meetings for subdivision applications but will continue to host public meetings for County Official Plan Amendments. However,  respective Lower Tier Municipalities have the ability to host non-statuatory public meetings together with other land-use planning applications (Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment). The County will continue to provide information and updates on subdivision proposals through its website and digital engagement.
