Golf Courses

With nine golf courses within an hour’s drive, there is sure to be one that best suits your game! From short par 3’s to long par 5’s, Lanark County’s courses offer a diverse range of holes built for many different skill sets. Whether you are new to golf or a seasoned veteran, you will be inspired by the remarkable geological features of our landscape. 

From rolling and rugged highlands to flat and fertile farmland speckled with lakes, rivers and forests, Lanark County courses are gems tucked amid historic small towns and scenic conservation areas. You will also find full service facilities at many area courses, including driving ranges, practice greens, licensed clubhouses, full course meals, refreshment golf carts, equipment rentals, pro shops and lessons.

Carleton Place
⛳  Scottish Glen Golf Course 

 📍  1994 Scotch Corners Rd, Carleton Place, ON K7C 0C5

Scottish Glen is a beautifully landscaped nine hole course of 3,065 yards. This course is a Parkland Design featuring elevated tees and an undulating topography. Fairways that weave naturally through wooded areas provide golfers with a striking backdrop for a day on the links.

Lanark Highlands

⛳  Blue Heron Golf Club 

 📍  3417 McDonalds Corners Rd, Lanark, ON K0G 1K0

Cut out of Lanark County’s famous Maple Sugar Bush, the tree lined fairways and elevation changes are a challenge for all levels of golfers. The view from the tee on the signature ninth hole is almost picture perfect. The green is framed with trees on the right and sand on the left, a must see in person.


⛳  Lanark Timber Run Golf Club 

 📍  154 Caldwell St, Lanark, ON K0G 1K0

Get out the clubs and enjoy a round of golf on our 18 hole, par 69 course. The views are spectacular from our elevated tees and greens. With water on 8 holes, strategically placed bunkers and rolling fairways, Timber Run offers a golfing experience that none will soon forget.

Mississippi Mills

⛳  Mississippi Golf Club 

 📍  341 Wilson St, Almonte, ON K0A 1A0

Set against the flow of the tranquil Mississippi River, just a short drive west from Kanata. The Mississippi Golf Club offers golfers young and old incredibly satisfying play at affordable rates. Lush fairways, pristine greens and full clubhouse and practice facilities provide the quality in a course that is desired by golfers of all levels.


⛳  Pakenham Golf & Country Club 

 📍  112 Mcwatty Rd, Pakenham, ON K0A 2X0

Situated in the Village of Pakenham approximately 20 minutes from Canada’s Capital, Ottawa, this course features a 27 hole championship course with three definitive 9’s : The Lake Course, The Canyon Course and the Island Course. The natural setting and old stands of trees as well as the streams and ponds give this course its comfortable ambiance. The Lake plays 3 ,174 yards from the back, the Canyon plays 3302 and the Island Course plays 3308 yards.

Perth

⛳  Mapleview Golf & Country Club

Take advantage of the beautiful natural terrain and the commitment to unparalleled course conditions you’ll find at Mapleview. Player friendly and affordable, we think you’ll agree that Mapleview represents the game of golf at it’s best. Presenting the golfer with a unique, challenging experience, this course will be pleasing to play every day.


⛳  Perth Golf Course 

 📍  141 Peter St, Perth, ON K7H 3E4

Built beside the Tay River in Perth, Ont., the oldest permanent course in Canada was dreamed up by a local farmer and his friends. That farmer, Captain Matheson, would be happy to know three of the holes designed by him are still in play today. But just like a fine wine, Perth Golf Course is aged to perfection.

Smiths Falls 

⛳  Beckwith Golf Club  
 📍  669 Perth Rd, Smiths Falls, ON K7A 4S7

The 9-hole Beckwith Golf Club in Smiths Falls, ON is a public golf course. Beckwith Golf Club measures 5413 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 105 and a 66.8 USGA rating. The course features 3 sets of tees for different skill levels.


⛳  Juniper Fairways 

 📍  5346 Roger Stevens Dr, Smiths Falls, ON K7A 4S6

Juniper Fairways is built around a railroad theme, starting with the Train Station which serves as the reception building as well as the 19th hole, where golfers can enjoy a refreshing drink and snack. The course is a PGA approved Golf Course and Driving Range. There are five different sets of tee markers on each Par 3 hole which offers a variety of distances and directions to approach the green.

Mini Golf is a fun and enjoyable sport that people of all ages can enjoy. It’s an ideal activity for families, friends, or anyone looking for a leisurely way to spend time together. Whether you’re playing competitively or just having fun with family and friends, mini golf will provide hours of entertainment.

A new addition to the outdoor facility, Perth Outfitters now offers a 10-hole mini putt course that is fun for the whole family. Even better, scratch the traditional green playing surface for a more vibrant colour- blue!

Rosetta Hills

Try the new mini putt course in Rosetta Hills, featuring 18 unique holes. Rosetta Hills is an Alpaca Farm. Visitors can overlook the property and animals while playing mini putt. Don’t forget to grab a snack at the clubhouse.
