Canada Post Service Disruption

In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, Lanark County will offer alternative arrangements for drop off and pick up of documents and cheques.

Social Services has stopped mailing essential mail as of May 20, 2025; clients can contact their Caseworker or SS reception at ss@lanarkcounty.ca or ext. 2140 to arrange an alternative delivery method. Social Services will stop mailing all documents on May 21, 2025 to prevent loss in the event of a strike.
